Reservations Policy

  • Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes in advance of salon treatments.

  • Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.

  • As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all appointments. You are invited to telephone, as well, prior to your appointment to confirm exact times, services, and ask any questions you may have.

Tardiness Policy

  • We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.

  • Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but will receive an abbreviated, pro-rated session. For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session, including consultation.

No Show Policy

  • 1st Time No Show – 50% due. We’re sad you missed your appointment… As a favor, we will only charge you half.

  • 2nd Time No Show – 100% due. We missed you! But our stylists have been waiting…Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving 24 hour notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 to 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a No Show Fee will apply.

    As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments one to two business days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the no show fee.

  • 48 hour notice for group and package bookings  is required for all package cancellations.  We reserve the right to charge 50% of the cost of the service should this policy be disregarded.

  • If for any reason House of Glam needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given.

Prices Policy

  • We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and salon menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

Gratuity Policy

  • Prices do not include gratuities so don't forget to show your salon professional your appreciation.

  • 18% gratuity will be assessed for salon packages, bridal parties, keratin treatments, and group parties.

Monetary Policy

  • House of Glam accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, House of Glam gift certificates, bank debit cards, cash and personal checks.

  • A $25 fee will be assessed for returned checks.

  • House of Glam gift certificates are not redeemable if reported as lost or stolen. Donation certificates are non-transferable.

Eyelash Extensions Policy

  • At least 40% of eyelash extensions should be required to be considered a refill.

  • Clients should come into appointment with clean, makeup free lashes or $20 charge will be applied to clean.

  • 15 minutes late  to appointment will be considered late and a late charge will be applied as well as the possibility of reschedule.

Refund Policy

  •  All service sales, gift card sales, and products are final and non exchangeable.
